Even though our name mentions Pune, our main office for this branch is actually located at 18/3 Madhav Nagar on Aakashwani Road in Solapur. It’s a decent area, fairly easy to find if you know the main roads around here. We deal with infraprojects, which basically means a lot of paperwork, planning, and making sure equipment gets to where it needs to be. The office is a straightforward space. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan layouts or fancy coffee machines. Just desks, computers, and plenty of files. The team here is a mix of people who have been in construction for ages and a few newer faces. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. Solapur can get really hot, so the office is a good place to retreat to when we need to catch up on the administrative side of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the projects we take on actually get finished. There’s no big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work day in and day out. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we are reaching a deadline, but we just get through it together as a group.
