The office is right on the plot, and it’s a simple building where we do all our planning and paperwork. Shanti Nagar is a quiet enough area, which is good when we need to concentrate. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space with desks and some chairs. Majarewadi is where we call home for our business. Most of our days are spent talking to people or looking over documents. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on our infra projects and keep things moving. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just show up at Plot 149 every morning and get to work. Sometimes it’s dusty because of the local area, but we don't mind. It’s part of being in this line of work. We’ve got a small team and we all know what needs to be done. We like being in Shanti Nagar because it’s easy for us to get around from here. It’s a very no-nonsense kind of setup. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. The address is easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We keep the files stacked high on the metal shelves.
