Our office is located in Govind Complex, right in East Mangalwar Peth. We are at Flat 8, which is number 13 on the street. Solapur is where we’ve set up shop and we deal with living spaces. It’s a regular office, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. Living in Maharashtra, especially here in Solapur, you get used to the pace of the city. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes the traffic outside the complex is loud, but inside we just focus on the work. It’s mostly about helping people find a roof over their heads without too much fuss. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us working through the daily tasks. We take the calls, visit the sites, and handle the local registrations. Building stuff or managing spaces takes time and patience. We’ve had good days and long days, but that is just part of being in business here.
