We set up this group here in Mendhapur on Gat No.653, right at Dinkar Digambar Pawar’s place. It’s mostly about the farming stuff we do around Pandharpur. Farming is a lot of hard work and things change all the time, so we decided to get together to figure things out. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, or the market prices are just low for no real reason. We spend our days dealing with the crops and looking after the land. It isn't anything fancy or polished. Just some local people trying to make a living from the soil. We handle the seeds, the harvesting, and getting things moved out. People stop by the office when they need something or just to talk about the season. It gets real dusty out here in the summer months. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us working together in the village. If you come looking for us, just ask for the Pawar place. We are usually busy with something in the fields or checking on the storage sheds. It's a simple operation. We started this because it felt like the right move for the local growers. Most of us have been farming here since we were kids. We know the ground well. There's always a tractor running or someone fixing a fence. That's just how life is here in the taluka. We take it one day at a time.
