L Patels Emu Farm & Hatcheries

L Patels Emu Farm & Hatcheries is located at 8/2, Muraraji Peth. We are right by the Bhagawat Uma Mandir, so it’s easy for people to find us if they know the temple area. Running an emu farm and hatchery is a lot of daily work. It’s not a typical 9-to-5 job. The birds need constant attention, and the hatchery part requires us to keep a close eye on everything. We spend most of our time outside or in the sheds. Muraraji Peth is a decent area, and being near the Mandir gives it a nice feel. We have a lot of equipment for the eggs and the young birds. It can get quite loud with the emus, but we’re used to the noise by now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in when things get busy. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you show up at the address, you’ll probably find one of us tending to the birds or cleaning out the pens. The address 8/2 is where we do all the hard work. We’ve learned a lot about these birds over the years. It’s a specialized business, and we take the animals' health seriously. There’s always something to be fixed or an incubator to check. It’s a messy job sometimes, but we like being around the animals. We just focus on keeping the farm running smoothly every day of the week.
