Shakti Agro Industries

Our unit is C-132 over in the M.I.D.C. section. It’s a standard industrial plot where we do a lot of fabrication for agricultural equipment. We’ve got a couple of heavy machines and a lot of hand tools scattered around. The place isn't very pretty, but it gets the job done. We spend our days cutting metal and putting parts together. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We started this because we knew there was a need for sturdy farm tools around here. The M.I.D.C. is a good place for us because we can get our raw materials delivered easily. We’ve got a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We aren't a big corporation; we’re just a local business trying to make a living. The office is just a tiny room with a fan and a desk where we keep the books. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific spare part in the back of the warehouse for an hour. It’s a bit unorganized at times, but we manage to get the orders out. We don't do any big advertising. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or other farmers who use our gear. We just keep our heads down and keep working on the next batch of equipment until it's time to go.
