Sojar Infrastructures Private Limited is located out in Barshi, specifically on Kasarwadi Road. If you are looking for us, we are at Barbole Farm, which is G No. 549. It is quite a different setting than a city office. Being on a farm means there is a lot of space, but it also means we are quite connected to the land. Vishwas Arjun Barbole is part of the setup here. We handle infrastructure projects, but from a more rural perspective. The work involves a lot of travel around the Solapur district. Roads, water management, and basic building are what we usually tackle. It is a family-type atmosphere here. We don't have a formal reception desk or an HR department. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just walk onto the farm and find us. The pace of life in Barshi is a bit slower, but the work is still tough. We deal with the seasons, especially the rain, which dictates when we can actually get out and build. Most of our equipment is kept right here on the property. We aren't interested in being some high-flying firm. We just want to do good work for the local community and keep the farm and the business running smoothly at the same time. Sometimes we are out fixing a road until late at night, but that is just part of the job here. We do what needs doing.
