SKYFALL BUILDCON LLP

Our place is in Akluj, which is in the Malshiras taluka of Solapur. We are situated at Gat No. 89/1K2. Skyfall Buildcon LLP is a local business, and we mostly stick to projects around this area. It’s a different world here than in Mumbai or Pune. Things move a bit slower, but the work is still hard. We do building and construction stuff, mostly helping people put up residential structures or small commercial spaces. The office is just a simple building where we keep our tools and some basic supplies. You won't find any glossy brochures or sales pitches here. We mostly talk to people face-to-face and work out the details on a piece of scrap paper. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, so we just have to wait it out. It’s a small team, and we all have to do a bit of everything, from accounting to checking the site work. We’ve lived in this region for a long time, so we know most of the people who come to us. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We just like doing our work and going home at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to live. There are always challenges with materials or labor, but that is just how the construction life is. We do our best to keep things moving and stay on good terms with everyone.
