Our business, Shri Tuljabhavani Agro Foods Private Limited, is located in Pathri. We are in a specific alley called Saraswatibai Balajibale Galli. It is one of those narrow streets where everyone knows their neighbors and you have to be careful when driving a vehicle through. The building is an old one, and it serves as our base for all the food processing we do. Pathri is a small town, so we are very connected to the local market and the farmers who bring us their produce. Our daily routine is pretty much set by the seasons. When the crops are ready, the galli gets very crowded with bags and carts. We do not have a fancy reception area or a marketing team. Most of the time, the owners are right there on the floor helping with the sorting or the packing. It is a family-run kind of vibe, and the staff are mostly people from the nearby houses. The smell of grain and spices is usually hanging in the air. We keep the books in a small corner office that is usually piled high with samples. It is not a corporate environment by any means. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the farmers who trust us are treated fairly. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for quite some time.
