Our shop is number 4 in the Rangbhavan Shopping Center, located in the Sadar Bazar part of Solapur. We are very close to the Rangbhavan Function Hall, which is a landmark that almost everyone in the city knows. Because of the hall nearby, we get a lot of people coming in who are attending weddings or events and need a way to get back home or travel to the next town. We handle all sorts of travel bookings, from private cars to bus tickets. The office is just a small room in the shopping center and it looks like a regular local business. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We have some old posters of different travel destinations on the walls and a desk that has seen better days. We’ve been working out of this spot for years and we like being part of the Sadar Bazar community. We don't have a big mission or a set of fancy values. We just want to make sure the car shows up when it is supposed to and that the tickets are valid. Sometimes things go wrong with the traffic or a breakdown, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that is part of the job. Most of our customers are locals who know us by name. We just keep our books and wait for the next person to walk in.
