Sankalp Tours

Our office is tucked away in the South Kasba area of Solapur City. If you know where Date Ganpati Choupad is, then you have probably walked right past us without even thinking about it. Sankalp Tours is located at 622, which is a spot that gets quite a lot of foot traffic because of the temple nearby. We see all kinds of people walking by throughout the day, especially on festival days when the whole street fills up with devotees and stalls. The zip code here is 413007 and it definitely feels like the older heart of the city. We have been sitting in this same spot for a long time, watching the shops around us change while we just keep doing what we do. It is not a very quiet place, but the noise of the city is something we have grown to like. We usually start the day with a cup of tea from the stall around the corner before we settle in to look at travel routes and bookings. It is just a small office with enough room for a few chairs and our paperwork. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just local people helping other local people figure out where they want to go for their next trip. South Kasba has a certain rhythm to it that you only understand if you spend your whole day here like we do. It gets hot in the afternoons but the breeze from the temple side helps some.
