We are tucked behind the main area in Pandharpur. This is in the Solapur district. Buying and selling sheep and goats is our main work. That is what the name means in Marathi. People from all over the 413304 area come to see us. It is a very traditional business. Knowing the animals and the farmers is important. Most days are spent in the pens checking on the livestock. It's not a clean job. There is a lot of dust and noise. But we have been doing this for a long time. Telling if an animal is healthy comes from experience. Fancy computers aren't used for this. It's all based on what we see with our eyes. Sometimes we travel to different markets to see what is available. The road to the office can be a bit bumpy. But it's where we've always been.
