When the monsoon hits, everything changes, and we have to plan our work around that. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s a simple room where we keep our ledgers and meet with contractors. There is usually a bit of dust because of the road outside, but we don't mind. We talk to people plainly. No need for corporate talk when you're dealing with neighbors and local workers. SG3U started because we saw a need for people who actually knew how to build things in this part of Maharashtra. We handle the groundwork and the heavy lifting. Sometimes we have to travel out to more remote spots for projects, which means long days in the jeep and eating lunch on the move. It’s honest work. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. People usually just drop by the Gala to talk about what they need. We listen, give a price, and then get the equipment ready. That’s how we’ve always done it and it works for us. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done.
