Our business, Samarth Smart Spaces Private Limited, is located at number 33 in the Industrial Estate in Solapur. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the quietest place, but it’s perfect for the kind of work we do. We deal with spaces and construction projects around here. Being in the estate makes it easy to get materials and meet with other people in the trade. We have a small office that usually has a bit of dust from the road, but that’s just how it is in Solapur. We aren't here to impress people with a shiny office. We are here to get the work done. Most of the time, we are out on site anyway. When we are in the office, we are mostly planning the next steps or fixing some scheduling issues. We’ve been part of the Solapur business community for a while. We know the local suppliers and the people who work the machines. It’s a practical environment. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We just build things and manage spaces. If someone needs a job done, they come to the industrial estate and look for our sign. We keep our team small so we can keep track of everything ourselves. It’s a lot of work, but it’s honest. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the projects stay on track.
