You will find us at 23 Naikwadi Plot in Barsi. Barsi is a smaller town, so things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities like Pune or Mumbai. Our center is Rnm Self-Employed Entrepreneurship Training Center. We basically help people figure out how to work for themselves. It’s a small place on a residential-looking plot. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, people just walk in or call us. The training we do is very basic and down-to-earth. We talk about how to start a small shop or a local service business. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table and going through the steps. The area around Naikwadi Plot is fairly quiet, which is nice for teaching. We aren't some big institution with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know a bit about business and want to share it. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait for the local tea guy to show up before we start a meeting. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Most of the people who come here are from the Barsi Taluka area. They want to stay local and build something for their families. We just provide the space and some guidance on how to manage the paperwork and the daily grind of being self-employed. It’s honest work for us.
