Famous Traders

Famous Traders is at number 18 in Polan Peth. We are right across the street from Chitra Talkies, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. When a big movie is playing, the whole street gets packed with people and bikes. It can be hard to get work done with all that excitement, but it makes the day go by fast. Our shop is a bit old. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We are too busy with the actual trading. Inside, it is full of goods and the smell of old paper. We have a small desk where we handle the money and the bills. It is a bit cramped when more than two people are inside. We know most of the people who walk past our door every day. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving along. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the front door, so we put a bucket there. It is just a regular life in a busy part of town. We open up in the morning and close when the sun goes down. It is a simple existence, and we like the rhythm of it.
