Raut Brothers Agri Limited Liability Par Tnership

We are based out in Khandali, specifically near the area they call Khandalital in Malshiras. This is a family-run partnership with the brothers all working together in the agri business. We don't have a big corporate office building; we just work from our spot in the village. Life here in the taluka is tied to the seasons. When it is time to plant, everyone is out in the dirt. When harvest comes around, the office stays empty. Our partnership is built on being local and knowing the people who live around us. We handle the daily chores of farming along with the business side. Sometimes we sit out under the shade of a tree to discuss the accounts because it’s much cooler than being indoors. We are just regular people who know what it’s like to deal with a bad crop or celebrate a good one. There is plenty of dust and sun in Khandali, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We use the local post office for all our business mail. Our name sounds a bit formal on the legal papers, but we are really just brothers working the land together. We have some old tractors and a couple of simple desks for the paperwork. It is a very basic setup. We don't use complicated words or have long meetings. We just decide what needs to be done over our breakfast and then we go out and do it. It’s a practical way to live.
