Rathi Developers Llp is located in Balrajeshwar Apartment, right in G-12. We are situated on Balrajeshwar Road, which is right opposite the Zozwala petrol pump. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the pump is. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Dealing with property development is a lot of work. It’s not just about building things; it’s about all the small details that most people don’t see. We spend plenty of time talking to local authorities and making sure our plans are in order. Sometimes we’re at the desk for hours just looking at blueprints. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place where we get our work done. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels like home to us. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team and we handle most things ourselves. If a problem comes up at a site, we’re the ones who go down there to sort it out. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to it. The road outside can get a bit noisy with all the cars going to the petrol pump, but we don't mind. It keeps us feeling connected to what’s happening outside. We just take things one project at a time. We aren’t looking to be famous, just to do our jobs and keep the business running.
