Out here in Sangam, things move a little slower than they do in the big cities like Pune or Mumbai. Ram Tej Insight Developers Llp is based right here in the Taluka Malshiras area of Solapur. We have our roots in this soil and most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or folks from the next village over. We do a lot of work with land development and figuring out how to make the most of what we have in this part of the state. It isn't always fancy work, mostly it’s just talking to farmers and families who want to build something for the next generation. We operate out of Sangam-Solapur and we know the landscape pretty well by now. There is a lot of potential in the land around here if you know where to look. We spend a lot of our time driving out to different spots to see how the ground looks. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it’s really hot or the rains are heavy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that people in Sangam can talk to without feeling like they’re being sold something. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, making sure the paperwork gets finished eventually. We stick to our schedules and try to be honest about what is possible.
