You can find us over on Bittergaon Road in Kandar, specifically at G No-455/3. It is a bit of a drive out here, but it is where we do our business every day. We handle a mix of real estate and trade things. It is mostly about buying and selling land or managing different properties. Being an OPC means it is a very tight operation. There are not a lot of layers to go through here. If there is a problem, we just fix it ourselves. The Solapur area is changing quite a bit lately, so there is always something to keep an eye on. Some days are just spent on the phone or driving out to look at different plots along the road. It is not a fancy setup at all. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and land records piled up. It gets dusty being so near the road, but that is just part of being in Kandar. We try to keep things simple for anyone who stops by. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work and keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a while, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It is a quiet way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We just handle the trades as they come in and hope for good weather.
