We have our office at House No 205/12 in Pachha Peth. You can find us right near the Zinda Shah Madar Chowk, which is a very well-known spot here in Solapur. Our area is called Telangi Pachha Peth and it is a place where everyone seems to know everyone else. We started this travel business because we saw people needing help with their tickets and travel plans. It is not a very large office, just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our files. We don’t use any big slogans or have a polished corporate look. We are just local residents who know the travel business well enough to help out. Some days are very busy, especially when the holiday season starts, and the office can get a bit crowded with people waiting. We try to handle each booking carefully so there are no mistakes with the dates or the names. Sometimes we sit outside and chat with the neighbors when things are slow. We’ve seen the streets around the chowk change over the years, but our way of working stays the same. We use the phone and the computer to find the best routes for people. We don't have a big marketing department. People just walk in because they know we are here and we’ve been here for a long time. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in our hometown.
