One Akluj Realty Llp is set up in Office No. 301. We are located near the British Library, which is usually the easiest landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. The official records show the address as Cts No. 917/18 and F.P.No. 299. Being on the third floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, but mostly we’re just looking at our screens. It’s a busy area, so there’s always people moving around outside. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual desks, a few chairs for guests, and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. We aren't into the whole corporate look, so the place feels more like a workspace than a showroom. It gets the job done. Working near the library is nice; it’s a recognizable part of the city. We’ve been at this location for a while and have gotten into a steady rhythm. Most days involve a lot of calls and going over plans. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is busy, but we don't mind. It’s just where One Akluj Realty Llp operates from, nothing more and nothing less. We keep it honest and just work through our daily list. It's a regular spot for a regular business in a busy part of town that never really stops.
