N & A Design And Construction Llp is located over at House Number 189 in Velapur. That’s in the Malshiras Taluka part of Solapur. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We’re more of a local team that focuses on both the planning and the actual building side of things. Having our office right there in Velapur means we are always nearby when a project is going on. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and then even more time on-site making sure those drawings actually turn into real buildings. Solapur can get quite hot, so that definitely affects how we schedule our outdoor work. We handle the daily grind of construction, from digging foundations to finishing walls. It is a lot of hands-on work and dealing with whatever problems pop up on a Tuesday morning. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just build. Whether it’s a small house or a bigger project in the district, we treat the work the same. It’s about getting the proportions right and making sure the materials are used properly. Being an LLP, we keep our operations fairly tight and focused. People in the village and the surrounding Taluka know where to find us if they have a piece of land they want to develop. We just stay busy with the work at hand and don't worry about much else happening in the world outside of our current job.
