Most of our days are spent at the office in Herwadkar Plaza, right on Pandharpur Road. It’s a lively spot, and we’ve been settled in Ground Floor B/1 for quite some time now. Lavate Vankhande Developers Llp isn't some giant corporation with a bunch of slogans; it’s just a few of us trying to get our projects finished. The traffic noise outside can get pretty loud, but we’ve mostly stopped noticing it. Usually, the morning starts with a cup of tea and a quick look at the latest updates from the sites. People from around the neighborhood often walk past or drop in to see what we’re working on. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us looking over blueprints or talking on the phone with suppliers about material costs. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desks, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. The road outside has changed a lot since we first arrived here. Pandharpur Road is always shifting, and new shops seem to open up every month. We prefer to keep things practical. If a wall needs fixing or a pipe leaks at one of our sites, we just go and take care of it. There’s no big mystery to how we work. It’s hard work and long hours, but it feels okay when a project finally comes together. We know this local area well and that’s where we stay focused.
