We run Kushalya Vikas Of Vocational Education K Endra Llp out of a spot on 932 Nagane Plot in Addarsh Nagar. It’s located on Gadegaon Road in Barshi, right near Madhen. It’s a local neighborhood, and we’re pretty much just a part of the street now. The building is simple, and we have a few rooms dedicated to different vocational tasks. It’s not a big fancy campus. Most of the time, the front gate is open so people can just wander in if they have questions. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of posters on the walls showing different vocational paths. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We’ve got a small area where we keep our files, though they aren't always in the right order. This place is about giving people a chance to learn a trade without any of the big-city pressure. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We’re just a small center in Barshi trying to be helpful to the folks around here. Sometimes the internet is slow, and sometimes we run out of chalk, but we always figure it out. It’s a practical, everyday kind of place where real work happens on Gadegaon Road. The road out front can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we spend time dusting.
