Kinderland English School

Our school is located at Raj Niwas, right along the Ring Road in Latur. It’s a convenient spot for parents to drop off their kids because the road is wide, though it does get a bit noisy with the trucks going past sometimes. We started this place because we saw a need for a straightforward English medium school in this part of town. The building isn't huge, but we’ve made good use of the rooms for the different classes. We have little chairs and tables for the younger ones and bigger ones for the older kids. There’s a small play area outside with some swings and a slide that the children seem to enjoy well enough. Most of our teachers are women from the local area who have a lot of patience. We spend our days teaching the basics of ABCs and numbers, and we try to make sure the kids speak a bit of English while they are here. It’s not a fancy international school with a swimming pool or anything like that. It’s just a local school where we try to do right by the families who trust us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows to let the breeze in. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so most people hear about us from their neighbors. It’s just a small, busy place where we keep ourselves occupied from morning till noon. We don't have an automated system for everything; we still do most things with pen and paper in our registers.
