We are located at 247 Begum Peth in Solapur, right near the Kidwai Chowk area. This part of Sidheshwar Peth is always full of life and noise. Our office is a small place where we handle all things related to travel. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for help with their Haj trips or just need to book a bus ticket to a nearby city. We don’t have a big staff or fancy computers. It is just a few of us sitting here, talking to neighbors and sorting out their paperwork. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We know the routes well and we try to keep things simple for everyone. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't get to it right away because we’re busy with a customer in front of us. That is just how it goes here. We aren't some big corporate travel agency from the city. We are just local people who know how to get the bookings done. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for years and they know exactly where to find us near the chowk. We don't spend much time on ads. We just open up the shutters every morning and get to work. It is a humble setup but it gets the job done.
