Guruswami Developers Private Limited is based out in Akluj, specifically at House No. 6/A/6 near Aklai Corner. We are part of the Malshiras Taluka in the Solapur district. It is a bit different from the big city offices in Pune or Mumbai. Things move a little slower here, but we stay busy with our development work. The office is a simple house-based setup which is very common around here. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at different sites, so the office is a nice place to come back to and cool down. It gets pretty hot in Solapur, so we always have the fans going at full speed. We are a local team and we know almost everyone in the neighborhood. We don't have any marketing experts or fancy brochures; we just talk to people face-to-face. The office is full of local maps and ledger books. We usually start our day early before the heat gets too bad. People stop by Aklai Corner all the time, and some of them drop in to chat about land or building projects. It is an honest, local business where we just do what we say we will. We have been part of the Akluj community for years and we like the way things are done here. It is just a practical way to live and work.
