You can find us over at 4211 Kadabe Galli in Pandharpur, right near the Shete Petrol Pump. It’s a well-known spot in town, so we don’t usually have to give too many directions. Chiranjiv Developers Private Limited has its roots here in the Solapur district. We’ve been involved in local building work for a good number of years. Pandharpur is a special place with all the pilgrims coming through, but we focus on the homes and shops for the people who actually live here. Our office is quite small and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We don’t have any fancy corporate offices in the city. We prefer being right here on the ground where the work is happening. Most of our days are spent talking to local laborers or checking on the progress of a new wall or roof. We’ve seen the town grow and change, and we like being a part of that. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes things go wrong, like a late delivery or a rainstorm that stops everything. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to do a solid job and make sure the buildings we put up are safe and useful. It’s a simple business run by people who know the local streets well and care about what happens here.
