Shreeraj and the rest of us here at Awatade & Awate Infrastructure are mostly focused on stuff around Malshiras and Akluj. Our office is right there on Indapur Road, at Borawkke Wasti, which most locals know. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a practical place where we get our work done. We handle a lot of the infrastructure projects that keep the area moving. Usually, you’ll find us out on a site or dealing with paperwork at the office. We started this because there was a need for local hands who actually know the roads and the soil around Solapur. It gets pretty dusty and hot out here, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t really spend much time on big speeches or fancy brochures. People around here just call us when there is work to be done. We’ve got a small crew and we try to keep things simple. If you are driving down towards Solapur, you’ve probably seen some of the bits and pieces we’ve worked on over the years. We keep our tools ready and just take it one project at a time. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned with the weather, but we manage to pull through. That’s just how it goes in the construction business in a place like this. We are just local people trying to build things that last.
