Anucon Builders operates out of Flat No 21 in Unity Landsend, over in Mohite Nagar. It’s right on Hotgi Road here in Solapur. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps us on our toes most of the time. We started this company to handle local building needs without too much fuss. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on sites around the 413003 area. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It's more of a tight-knit group where everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere, but that’s where the work happens. Building things in Solapur has its own set of challenges, like the heat and the traffic on Hotgi Road. We just take it day by day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or a friend told them about us. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure they stay up. It’s basic, honest work. We spend a lot of time at Unity Landsend dealing with the back-end stuff. It’s not glamorous, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like being part of the local community here. It feels good to see a project finished and people using the space we helped create. We just keep doing what we know how to do.
