Dealing with land and development involves a lot of patience and dealing with local authorities. Some days it feels like we are just filling out forms all day. But when a project starts to take shape, it makes all that boring stuff worth it. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We try to be honest about costs and timelines, even when the news isn't great. It’s about building a reputation over time. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running. It’s simple, honest work that we take pride in doing every single day of the year.
