Aditi Pharmaceuticals is based out of E-65 and 66 in the MIDC area. If you’ve been to this industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of similar-looking units. Ours is no different. It’s a functional space designed for pharmaceutical work. We’ve got the production area and a bit of storage for the finished goods. It’s not a retail shop, so we don't get walk-in customers. Most of the time it’s just the staff here, making sure the schedules are met. The MIDC location is helpful for logistics, even if the roads get a bit congested during the shift changes in the afternoon. We’ve been in these units for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with what’s happening on the inside. It’s a busy environment with a lot of heavy lifting and careful measuring. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of corporate signage. We just have our name on the gate outside. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make the meds and get them ready for transport. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it goes in manufacturing. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving as best as we can without overcomplicating everything. It is just honest work in an industrial setting.
