Shavi Pharmaceuticals

Our setup is over at 157 Sakhar Peth. If you’ve ever spent time in Sakhar Peth, you know it has its own character. It’s a bit older, with narrow spots and plenty of activity throughout the day. We’ve settled into our space here quite well. The building has some age to it, which we kind of like. It isn't a shiny new facility, but it’s sturdy and it gets the job done for Shavi Pharmaceuticals. Most mornings start with unlocking the main gate and letting the air in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through logistics. Since we’re in Sakhar Peth, everything feels a bit more personal. We see the same people walking by every day. The staff here is small, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have fancy meetings or big presentations. Usually, we just gather around a desk and figure out the plan for the afternoon. There’s always some paperwork that needs sorting or a shelf that needs organizing. It’s a lot of manual work mixed with office tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the street noise, but we don't mind it much. It makes us feel like we’re part of the city. We just keep our heads down, do our work, and try to make sure everything we send out is correct before the day ends.
