Cipla

Our location is in Bhatambare, which is in the Barshi Taluka of Solapur district. It's a rural area of Maharashtra. Cipla has a presence here, and it's quite different from a big city office. Most of us here are locals. We know the land and the people around. The office is a sturdy building that handles the heat of Solapur pretty well. It gets very hot in the summer months, so we keep the windows shut and the fans going. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too high. We aren't here to make big speeches or have fancy meetings. We have work to do, and we just get on with it. There’s a lot of open space around us. It’s not like Mumbai where everything is crowded. We have a lot of respect for the routine. People come in, they do their shift, and they go back to their villages. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much corporate jargon. We speak simply and honestly about what needs to happen. The roads out here aren't always the best, so we plan our transport carefully. It’s a practical setup. We provide what is needed and we make sure the quality is okay. We don't spend much time on decorations. The walls are plain, and the furniture is just for sitting and working. It’s a real place for real work. We just keep our focus on the daily output.
