Working out of No. E- 65/ 66 in the M.I.D.C area is about as industrial as it gets. Aditi Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is right here in the heart of the Midc zone. It is a place filled with trucks, warehouses, and the sounds of machinery from next door. Our units are practical spaces designed for storage and handling. There is a lot of concrete and metal, which is standard for this part of town. We spend our time moving crates and checking labels to make sure everything is in its right place. The heat in the MIDC can be tough during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We don't have a reception desk with flowers or anything like that. It is more about the work benches and the shelves reaching up to the ceiling. Most of the people who come by are delivery drivers or local workers from the other units nearby. We know the guys at the tea stall down the road and the security guards at the main gate. It is a community of people who just want to get their jobs done. Every day involves a lot of counting and double-checking the manifests. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets hectic during the end-of-month rush. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in units 65 and 66. We just keep our heads down and handle the pharmaceutical supplies as they come and go.
