Abhikalpan Architect & Planners

We are set up at P.No.255/260 in Raghavendra Nagar, which is over by Vidi Gharkul on Hyderabad Road in Solapur. Abhikalpan Architect & Planners has been around this area for a bit. Our office is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. It's full of maps, sketches, and half-empty tea cups. We do a lot of planning work, which means looking at big plots of land and trying to figure out where everything should go. It’s like a puzzle sometimes. Solapur is growing, so there is always something new happening on this side of town. We see a lot of families wanting to build their first homes. We also talk to people looking to start small businesses. The work is mostly technical stuff that people don't always see. We have to make sure the drainage is right and the sunlight hits the rooms the way it should. It’s not always easy to explain, but we just get on with it. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some younger folks who are good with the new software. We don't really have a corporate vibe. It's more of a place where you can come in, sit down, and talk about what you need. We just try to give honest advice and do the drawings correctly. It's a lot of work but it feels good to finish.
