Barshi is a busy place and that is where we have set up Aai Aadishakti Mahila Gruh Udhyogdevelopers. Our office sits at Gat No 934, specifically Plot No-3 in the Trimurti area. Nivrutti Shelake is usually around making sure things move along as they should. It is mostly women here working on these development projects which is something you do not see everywhere. The day usually starts early because the sun gets quite hot in this part of Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and talking to people who come by the office with questions. It is not a fancy place but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes the road outside gets dusty when the wind picks up. We have been in this spot for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. Getting things built takes a lot of coordination and phone calls. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand for the day. If you are walking around Barshi near the Trimurti area you will probably see our sign. It is a local operation through and through. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever the current project requires. It is not always easy but we stay busy with the development work. That is basically the long and short of who we are as a team here.
