Suryavilas-Luxury Resort & Spa

We are based over at Sunil Dutt C/O Hotel Suryavilas. The place is in the Bajaj Hills Resort area of Gandhigram in Kumarhatti. It’s in the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. Suryavilas-Luxury Resort & Spa is the name we go by. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here into the hills, but it’s where we do our thing. The office is tucked away in the resort grounds. We don't have a lot of big corporate rules or fancy ways of talking. We just handle the business as it comes in. Some days it’s about checking on the rooms, other days it’s more about the spa side of things. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this going in the mountains. The weather really dictates our schedule sometimes. When the rain gets heavy, things slow down a bit. We’ve got a small group of people working here who have been with us for a while. It’s a practical setup. We don’t spend much time on marketing or trying to look polished. We just make sure the place is clean and everything is where it should be. It’s a quiet life up here in Solan, away from the big city noise. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. It's an honest way to make a living in the hills. We've been here long enough that the mountain air just feels like home now.
