Dr.Reddys Foundation,Hyderabad

We are based in the SDA Complex in Kasumpti, which is one of those busy parts of Shimla where everyone always seems to be in a hurry. Our office for the Dr.Reddys Foundation is actually tucked inside the Rana Enterprises space at 157, Block No. 18-A. It is not the easiest place to find if you are new to the area because all these government-style blocks look a bit similar after a while. There are quite a few stairs to climb in this part of town, so we all get a bit of a workout just coming into work every morning. The office is a functional space with desks piled with folders and a tea kettle that is almost always running in the corner. When winter hits Shimla, it gets really cold in these buildings, so you will see us all bundled up in thick shawls while we talk to the people who come in. We are not some massive corporate headquarters with shiny floors. We are just a local team trying to stay organized and help out however we can. You see the same faces every day at the small shops downstairs or waiting for the bus. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks that come our way. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to the noise by now. It is a straightforward setup for honest work.
