Solan is a hilly place, and being located in the Electronic Complex at Chambaghat means we get some pretty good views when the fog isn’t too thick. The air is definitely different up here in Himachal compared to the plains. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard structure in the complex, but it serves its purpose for what we do. Getting here can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to the roads, and finding a parking spot in the morning is always a bit of a struggle since the complex is shared with so many other businesses. We spend our days mostly inside, keeping an eye on things. Sometimes we take our tea breaks outside just to get a bit of sun. The office gets quite cold in the winter months, so we usually have small heaters going near the desks. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's routines pretty well. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the work we do is handled right. The locals know where the Electronic Complex is, so we don't need much in the way of signs. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone puts in their hours and then heads home before it gets too dark on the roads.
