Tochter Solutions LLP is based in Siliguri, up in the Darjeeling district. Our office is over in Ganga Nagar on Netaji Road No. 2. We are pretty close to the Ramdev Khatal landmark, which makes it easier for people to find us if they are visiting. The area is quite lively and there is always something going on outside our door. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know their way around software and business solutions. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some sturdy desks, a few decent computers, and a small area where we keep our files. It’s not a shiny glass office, but it gets the job done for us. We spend most of our time staring at screens and talking through problems together. There’s no hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where we can. Siliguri is a good place to be, and being in the 734005 area keeps us connected to the local market. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just take on tasks and try to finish them on time. We often have our lunch together in the office. It’s a casual vibe. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes and a focused attitude. It’s how we’ve always done things here.
