Fixtech Solutions Private Limited is based up in Siliguri, specifically at House No. 304/334 in Ward No. 35 of SMC. We are right on Mother Teresa Sarani in East Bhaktinagar. It’s a busy road and there is always something going on outside our windows. Siliguri is a unique place to work, especially being in the Darjeeling district. Our office isn't some high-tech lab. It’s a functional space where we handle tech solutions for people. We have a lot of equipment lying around and the desks are usually covered in spare parts and old paperwork. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The crew here is small and we’ve all been working together for a good while. We don't bother with fancy suits or corporate meetings. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. Sometimes the rain in this part of West Bengal is really heavy, and we just listen to it hitting the roof while we work on our computers. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. It’s just us. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work and stay busy in our corner of the city.
