First Source

Our office is located in Siliguri, up in the Darjeeling district. We are on Samaresh Bose Sarani in the Millanpally area. It is a nice enough place to be. You can see the hills in the distance on clear days, which is a nice change from just looking at buildings. First Source here is a smaller branch compared to some others. We have a few locals working with us. The building is older, but it stays cool enough most of the time. We do not really have a big reception area, you just walk in and we are all there. It is a bit informal. We handle a lot of different things, mostly back-office tasks and looking after local accounts. Siliguri is a busy hub for the region, so there is always something going on. We often have people dropping by just to ask questions or hand over papers. We keep things pretty simple. There is no dress code or anything like that, just comfortable clothes for the weather. The rainy season can be a bit much here, and sometimes the street gets a little flooded, but we still make it in. We take our lunch together usually. It is a tight-knit group. We have been at this Millanpally address for a few years now. It suits us because it is close to the main market but far enough away to avoid the worst of the noise. It is just a honest day of work for us. We do our best and then go home.
