Bajajallinge

My name is Sahajahan Islam and I run things for Bajajallinge over here in Jalpaiguri. I'm located at the House of Protiksha in Ananda Para, which is a spot many people in the neighborhood are very familiar with. I share the space with Debashish Mukherjee. It's a simple arrangement that has worked for us for quite some time now. In Jalpaiguri, things move at their own pace, and we like it that way. Most of my day is spent answering the phone or talking to people who walk in with questions about what we do. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the Ananda Para area. We don't have a lot of flashy signs out front. I think people prefer it when things feel more personal and less like a big city company. Sometimes the rain here gets quite heavy, which slows things down, but we just keep the doors open and wait for the weather to clear. I’ve lived in this part of Bengal for a long time, so I feel connected to the community. People trust us because they know who we are and where to find us if they need anything. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, helping folks with their needs.
