Our farm is located at Motu Ka Wass, right by the Surya Vatika stand on Sikar Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy road but once you step back toward the farms, it gets much quieter. We are just a small outfit running an agro farm. We grow a variety of things depending on what the season and the soil allow. It’s a lot of manual labor, getting our hands dirty every single day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us and some local help when it’s time to harvest. The Sikar Road location is handy for getting our stuff to the market, though the traffic can be a real nightmare sometimes. We spend most of our time out in the fields, checking the irrigation or looking for pests that might ruin the crop. It’s not a fancy life at all. We have a small shed where we keep our tools and take our breaks. Sometimes the crops don't do what we want, and that's frustrating, but you just have to deal with it and move on. We don't have a website or any fancy brochures, we just work the land and sell what we produce to whoever needs it. It’s a straightforward business. People often stop by the stand to see what’s fresh that day. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s just honest farming, nothing more, nothing less. We keep it simple and focus on the work.
