Steelicon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is out at Plot No. S-301 in the Shree Datta Niwas Society. This is in Village Amdegaon, so it’s a bit away from the main city rush. It’s a bit quieter out here, which we actually like. We have our workshop and office space all in one area. There’s a lot of metalwork and tech stuff happening at the same time. Sometimes it gets a bit greasy or dusty because of the materials we use. We aren't wearing suits and ties here. It’s mostly work clothes that can get a bit dirty. We spend our time figuring out how to put things together or fixing machines that aren't behaving. It’s very practical work. The society around us is mostly people we know. It’s a small community. We don't have any big corporate signs, just a small one near the gate so people can find us. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, and we have to wait a bit to get back to work. We use that time to grab some tea or talk about what needs to be done next. It’s a humble setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to build things that work and keep the business going. It’s been our base for a while and we’re happy with the pace of life here in Amdegaon.
