Our school is a basic setup where we focus on the kids getting through their daily work. It’s not a place with a lot of extra frills. We have the classrooms set up with the usual desks and chairs, and a small space for the kids to play during their break. Manpura is a growing area, so there is always some construction or something going on nearby. It can be a bit noisy with the horns from the Lahar Road, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We start early in the morning, and the parents usually drop the kids off on their way to work or the market. Most of our staff are from the local Bhind area, so we understand the families here and what they need. It’s a practical school. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; we just do our best to keep the building clean and the lessons moving forward. The summer months are tough because of the heat, but we have enough fans to keep things moving. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be fancy, just useful.
