Geokids

Geokids is located in a residential part of Shikaripur, specifically at No.3628/3628 in Ward No 19 of Chennakeshavnagar. Being in Shimoga, we get some nice weather, though it can get quite rainy during the monsoon season. Our school is a place for the younger kids in the neighborhood to spend their day. It is a very local setup, and most of the parents live just a few streets away. The building is part of the community, and we try to keep it looking bright and cheerful for the little ones. You will see a lot of toys and colorful mats inside. It is not a very formal place; it is more about giving the kids a spot to be themselves while they learn the basics. The street outside is usually quiet, but it wakes up when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. We have been in this ward for a while now, so we are a familiar sight to the people living around Chennakeshavnagar. The staff here are mostly local women who know how to handle a group of energetic toddlers. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just us in this building, doing our best to keep the day running smoothly. There is always someone crying or someone laughing, and that’s just how a kids' center works. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized.
