We’re located over in New Shimla, specifically at 2, Lane 3 in Sector-1. It’s a bit more of a residential feel compared to the middle of town, which we actually quite like. It’s a bit quieter and gives us some room to breathe while we work. We’ve been set up here for a while, doing travel arrangements for people. We don’t have a flashy storefront with neon signs. It’s just a plain office where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to clients and making sure the drivers know where they’re going. Living in Shimla, you learn that things don’t always go according to plan, especially with the weather, so we try to be ready for anything. We’re just regular folks who know the area well. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound like we’re bigger than we are. It’s a small team here, and we handle everything ourselves from start to finish. We know the shortcuts around Sector-1 and how to get into the main city without getting stuck in too much traffic most days. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’re looking for someone local in the New Shimla area. We just try to be honest about the travel times and the costs. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way without any unnecessary drama or fancy language. We just do our best to stay organized.
